The Swedish tech giant in payment and automation systems for the hospitality sector first brought ZINNIG on board in 2021. One project quickly led to another, and before long, we’d become Trivec’s go-to content partner.

How do we consistently communicate Trivec’s strengths to Belgian restaurant owners?

Step into any almost café or restaurant in Europe and there’s a good chance you’ll come across Trivec. Their POS systems keep service smooth and payments seamless, while automated tap solutions ensure the perfect pours every time—without wasting a single drop. To make sure those strengths resonated in Belgium, Trivec turned to ZINNIG. What started as a single testimonial for their Belgian website quickly turned into more assignments.

THE APPROACH

Becoming a regular

It’s never one and done, especially if the collaboration works. We had an instant click with Trivec and the first testimonial quickly led to more. Can you localise our English copy into Dutch and French? Absolutely, our native speakers are on it! Can you write white papers? You bet! Can you take on our blogs, ads, pillar pages, and social media posts? Of course! And can you make it all SEO-friendly? Challenge accepted!

Over time, more and more writing assignments for the Belgian market landed in our inbox. And just as steadily, trust grew. We now interview satisfied customers on our own, edit web copy in WordPress, and publish online content independently on HubSpot.

In short: a textbook example of an organic partnership in action. But at some point, the question that came to mind is: could this become too much to manage? To avoid this scenario, we shifted to a weekly collaboration in 2026. We discuss the schedule every Monday on Teams and use Trello to track every assignment. This keeps the work manageable and the atmosphere pleasant.
